Meet your Yoga Instructor!


Deb McClarnon came to yoga in 2009 seeking a natural remedy to chronic back pain. In addition to pain relief, she quickly discovered strength, flexibility and peace of mind she did not have before. While attending a yoga retreat, Deb was further inspired to incorporate the yogic lifestyle into her daily routine. She began Hatha yoga training and received her 200-hour certification from Reflections Yoga Center in Homewood, IL, in 2013. In October 2017, she completed certification in yoga therapy at Inner Vision Yoga in Tempe, AZ, and received her 300-hour certification. In October 2020, she completed an additional 200 hours of yoga therapy training at Inner Vision Yoga.


Healing Emphasis Yoga has enabled Deb to help others with chronic pain, arthritis, and low back pain, to name a few. Yoga has changed her life in countless ways and she believes there is something in yoga for everyone; the most important thing being that yoga is not about perfect postures, it is about discovering what’s already inside you.


Duration: 50 minutes


What to expect: Join this all-level yoga practice in our natural garden setting. Please come prepared with your own mat (perhaps a towel or blanket too, for extra padding) and weather-appropriate clothing as these classes will be outside.
